At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a IT Project Manager to drive the development and implementation of digital tools for the project and performance community. You will act as a Product Owner, lead external teams, and foster collaboration in international, cross-functional groups – from requirements analysis to successful implementation.

Responsibilities
- Product Ownership for digital tools with full end-to-end responsibility
- Skywise Solutions: Develop and implement new Skywise-based solutions for the project and performance management community
- Requirements Analysis: Translate internal client needs into clear user stories
- External Team Leadership: Guide and supervise external digital subcontractors and oversee development activities
- Stakeholder Management: Encourage teamwork across multi-functional groups through effective change management
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, visualize, and present data from Skywise to deliver key insights and dashboards
- Data Quality: Support activities that enhance data quality, consistency, and flow across systems
- Data Management: Manage central team datasets, analytics folders, and data products
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a technical field (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in IT / information systems and project management
- Product Owner experience and/or data analytics is a plus
- Proficient in Python and Google Workspace; Jira knowledge is a plus
- Very good project management skills; strong Skywise knowledge is mandatory
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German or French language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of project or product management environments (waterfall, agile, or hybrid methods)
- Analytical mindset, self-motivation and teamwork skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
