The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 65,552 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2028. Responsibilities
- Windows Server Infrastructure responsibility: Installation, operation, and continuous further development of server environments
- Administer network services: Managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, Hyper-V, and WSUS for a stable IT landscape
- Active Directory Management: Configuration of role and permission models as well as Group Policies
- Implement security concepts: Implementation of measures according to BSI-Grundschutz and CERT-Bw in the Windows environment
- Automation with PowerShell: Creating scripts to increase efficiency for recurring routines
- On-site support: Performing roll-outs at the customer's site, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- System documentation: Support and maintain system documentation to ensure it is complete and up-to-date
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable subject (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in the administration of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
- Experience with Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange Server, Hyper-V, and WSUS
- Experience with antivirus software (e.g., Symantec Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Defender) as well as with the specification, design, implementation, integration, testing, and acceptance of complex systems
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- High willingness to travel (including for longer periods), resilience, and flexibility regarding changing deployment locations
- Teamwork skills, customer orientation, analytical thinking, and independent problem-solving ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
