Responsibilities
- System Administration & Application Management: Manage and optimize the NormMaster application architecture to ensure high availability, performance, and cross-team data consistency
- Full-Stack Maintenance: Maintain, debug, and improve existing application workflows and interfaces built using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Technical Support (L2): Act as the technical point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform access issues, bugs, and data problems for internal and external users
- Order Processing & Data Operations: Oversee the end-to-end processing of customer orders within the platform, ensuring data integrity and technical alignment with business workflows
- Database Administration: Manage data import/export processes and execute Oracle SQL tasks to guarantee data structure validity and smooth migrations
- Automation & Scripting: Set up, maintain, and monitor automated scripts using Python and Linux Shell Scripting (Bash) to streamline daily operations and system tracking
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in IT, specifically in application management, L2 support, or system administration
- Practical experience working with relational databases, specifically Oracle SQL, for data validation, connection setups, and querying
- Experience installing and configuring software on Linux servers
- Solid foundations in full-stack web technologies, specifically PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Functional scripting skills in Linux Shell (Bash) and/or Python for automation and monitoring tasks
- Business fluent English (at least C1); Spanish, French, or German skills are a plus
- CV required in English
- Customer-oriented mindset for support tasks, strong analytical capabilities, and teamwork skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
