Responsibilities
- Analysis of use cases and requirements in close collaboration with System Engineering and other stakeholders
- Definition and implementation of software architectures, as well as evaluation of architectural options
- Translation of user workflows into viable software and GUI concepts for mission data production
- Design and implementation of solutions for Mission Data Preparation and Validation using Java and Eclipse
- Planning, execution, and documentation of software tests for various verification and validation stages
- Collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle, including integration, reviews, and coordination
- Development in accordance with the Software Development Plan and applicable standards in a safety-critical environment
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Computer Science (Master’s / Diploma) or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in IT / Information Systems
- Demonstrable experience in Electronic Warfare
- Very good knowledge of Java and Eclipse
- Business-fluent English (min. C1); German language skills are a plus
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
