Responsibilities


  • Jig and Tool Development: Analysis, evaluation, and technical acceptance of jigs, tools, and manufacturing aids
  • Technical Project Collaboration: Support projects in the area of jigs and tools, including interface coordination with suppliers
  • Specification Creation: Development of technical specifications for the procurement of jigs and tools
  • Supplier Management: Selection of technical project suppliers based on defined criteria
  • Data Validation: Creation, acceptance, and validation of datasets for design and manufacturing
  • Quality Coordination: Tracking the acceptance and handover of jigs in cooperation with the quality department
  • 3D Design: Design of jigs and tools in 3DX and Catia


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, aerospace engineering, or a comparable field (at least a Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in the area of Jigs & Tools or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in design as well as supplier management
  • Proficient use of Catia V5 and 3DX (3DEXPERIENCE CATIA); knowledge of Click´n Buy (BySide) and zamiz is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (two to three business trips per year possible)
  • High self-motivation, flexibility, good self-organization, and analytical thinking skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
