Responsibilities
- Performance and cost control of physical logistics management through implementation and monitoring of KPIs
- Process assurance through application and control of Airbus logistics solutions, rules, and guidelines
- Problem-solving and escalation via rapid alert processes and driving local improvement initiatives
- Optimization of end-to-end logistics solutions, space management, and infrastructure development
- Contract and budget management, including technical negotiations, change requests, and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Risk management with internal stakeholders and logistics providers, including root cause analysis and action planning
- Auditing and compliance through planning and conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics, alternatively completed training as a state-certified technician or business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management and supply chain / logistics
- Initial application knowledge of SAP as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift operation
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high degree of responsibility and organizational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
