Responsibilities
- Project planning: Creation and maintenance of schedules and development of work breakdown structures
- Data integration: Analysis and consolidation of data on time, cost, resources, and quality
- Risk management: Identification and management of project risks and opportunities
- Performance monitoring: Tracking of milestones, control and reporting, and conducting phase reviews
- Contract management: Configuration control and change management of contractual data
- Process implementation: Introduction and management of project management processes and tools
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management and supply chain / logistics
- Initial experience in manufacturing / production
- Solid application knowledge of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of project and process management as well as basic knowledge of risk management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (approximately once a month to Hamburg)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
