Tasks

• Development and optimization of temporary workarounds to ensure production rate stability and process auditability
• Analysis of KPIs to proactively identify and correct deviations in material flows
• Leading MFTs (Multi-Functional Teams) for operational improvement initiatives
• Stakeholder management with internal and external partners, including suppliers
• Participation in short-term improvement projects, e.g. in space management or buffer capacity planning
• Monitoring compliance with logistics process and quality standards on the shopfloor

Qualifications

• Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management as well as in supply chain and logistics
• Experience with continuous improvement processes (CIP), project management and process management
• Familiarity with production and logistics processes in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and ideally also Google Workspace
• Business fluent in German and English (min. C1); knowledge of French is a plus
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
