Tasks
- Development and optimization of temporary workarounds to ensure production rate stability and process auditability
- Analysis of KPIs to proactively identify and correct deviations in material flows
- Leading MFTs (Multi-Functional Teams) for operational improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder management with internal and external partners, including suppliers
- Participation in short-term improvement projects, e.g. in space management or buffer capacity planning
- Monitoring compliance with logistics process and quality standards on the shopfloor
Qualifications
- Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management as well as in supply chain and logistics
- Experience with continuous improvement processes (CIP), project management and process management
- Familiarity with production and logistics processes in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and ideally also Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English (min. C1); knowledge of French is a plus
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
