For our client Diehl Aviation Laupheim GmbH, we are looking for a Logistics & Shipping Clerk in Laupheim. You will work at the interface between manufacturing and customers, compile delivery orders, and ensure complete transport processing – from freight documents to invoice verification.

Responsibilities
- Delivery order creation in SAP: Compile items and create complete shipments in the system
- Document management: Prepare, archive, and manage freight, customs, and export papers
- Transport logistics: Commission service providers and obtain all required air freight data
- Freight processing: Register shipments with forwarders and coordinate all transport details
- Invoice verification: Cross-check freight invoices with stored documents
- Process optimization: Continuously monitor and improve logistical workflows
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant, Industrial Merchant, or Freight Forwarding Merchant
- Several years of professional experience in commercial administration, particularly in logistics
- Experience in logistics administration: from order compilation to transport processing
- Proficient use of SAP and MS Office (detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Teamwork and strong communication skills to ensure information flow
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style with a high-quality focus
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
