At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on the role of Logistics Specialist Goods Inspection, responsible for the meticulous control of components and documentation for military aircraft. You ensure that all delivered items and documents comply with stringent quality and safety standards and systematically document any deviations.

Responsibilities


  • Incoming Goods Inspection: Detailed review of delivered documents and visual inspection of items
  • Data Management: Necessary data maintenance and booking/receipt into Extended Warehouse Management (EW3) or OPAL according to regulations
  • Deviation Management: Creation of delivery discrepancy reports for identified deviations and follow-up until resolution
  • Process Control: Reminders in case of delayed processing and final completion of the case
  • Safety-Critical Materials: Secure handling of classified/crypto materials, explosives, and hazardous substances according to applicable regulations


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training / journeyman's certificate in aerospace technology and/or logistics or certified commercial specialist in crafts
  • Initial experience in the field of incoming goods required
  • Experience in the A400M field or comparable is desirable
  • Extensive logistics knowledge must be available
  • Knowledge of MS Office detail functions; SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
  • Reliable and responsible work ethic, teamwork, and dutiful work style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
