For our client Diehl Aviation Hamburg GmbH, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist Inbound Goods & Material Supply at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this central role, you ensure a smooth material flow, inspect incoming goods, and coordinate clarification cases – so that production is always supplied with the required parts.

Responsibilities


  • Material flow management to prevent production bottlenecks
  • Incoming goods inspection for completeness, identity, and transport damage
  • Clarification cases initiation, tracking, and coordination with relevant departments
  • ERP system utilization for goods receipt bookings in compliance with processes
  • Information flow between logistics and production coordination


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in warehouse logistics and commercial logistics
  • Experience in goods booking on PC and with ERP systems, SAP knowledge advantageous
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Forklift license completed/available
  • Teamwork skills, communication strength, and high sense of responsibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
