Responsibilities
- Material Flow Control: Planning, controlling, and monitoring material flows and inventory levels in production
- Material Provision: Ensuring the timely provision of materials and components for production lines
- Coordination: Coordinating with internal departments such as procurement, production, and quality assurance as well as external suppliers
- Process Optimization: Identifying improvement potential and optimizing logistical processes
- System Management: Recording and maintaining relevant data in SAP or other warehouse management systems
- Inventory Management: Participating in inventory counts and stock control
- Quality Assurance: Adhering to quality standards and safety regulations
- Reporting: Creating reports and analyses on logistical performance
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist, industrial clerk, or in a technical field
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse logistics, or supply chain
- Several years of practical experience in production planning and control (PPC) as well as provisioning and order picking
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work, teamwork skills, and a high degree of temporal flexibility
- Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
