Responsibilities
- Machine setup and commissioning performed independently
- Machine operation: precise adjustment of tools, fixtures and parts
- Manufacturing process continuously monitored and controlled
- Quality control of manufactured components carried out according to specifications
- Maintenance work performed safely in accordance with work instructions
- Inspection and measuring equipment handled and used correctly
- Production documentation maintained according to company standards
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a turner, milling machine operator, precision mechanic, machine fitter or fitter (construction/machine fitter)
- Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in setting up, operating and monitoring production machines
- Safe handling of inspection and measuring equipment
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic skills in English (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in a 4-shift system including weekend work
- Teamwork skills and a focused, independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
