Responsibilities


  • Machine setup and commissioning performed independently
  • Machine operation: precise adjustment of tools, fixtures and parts
  • Manufacturing process continuously monitored and controlled
  • Quality control of manufactured components carried out according to specifications
  • Maintenance work performed safely in accordance with work instructions
  • Inspection and measuring equipment handled and used correctly
  • Production documentation maintained according to company standards


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a turner, milling machine operator, precision mechanic, machine fitter or fitter (construction/machine fitter)
  • Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience in setting up, operating and monitoring production machines
  • Safe handling of inspection and measuring equipment
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic skills in English (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in a 4-shift system including weekend work
  • Teamwork skills and a focused, independent way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
