Responsibilities


  • NC Control: Safe operation of CNC systems, starting and monitoring machining processes
  • Process Optimization: Performing process-oriented testing and adjustment work as well as monitoring relevant parameters
  • Fault Management: Independent troubleshooting of minor faults and initiating required repair measures according to TPM guidelines
  • Machine Setup: Preparatory work such as setting up the machine and preparing clamping tools
  • Tool Management: Assembling and calibrating tools as well as positioning and providing components
  • Component Handling: Preparing, aligning, and dismantling components and materials
  • Documentation: Maintaining the IT system and fully documenting all work steps
  • Information Exchange: Communication with upstream and downstream work areas for process optimization


Qualifications

  • Vocational training as Turner, Miller, Precision Mechanic, Toolmaker, or Machining Mechanic, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production and quality management
  • Experience in Siemens Sinumerik control systems
  • Initial application knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic skills English (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
  • Quality awareness, teamwork, independent working style, and willingness to learn
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
