Tasks
- Develop and execute an integrated communication strategy for the EHS function
- Design and provide creative, cost-effective communication tools (print, digital, AV, exhibitions)
- Select and maintain suitable communication channels for diverse stakeholder groups
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tools, processes and budgets across divisions and functions
- Strengthen the external image of EHS through consistent branding and sharing of best practices
- Develop guidelines and frameworks to promote quality, transparency and environmental efficiency in communication
- Support cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications or Business Administration
- Several years of experience in communications management / public relations and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of change management and project management
- Advanced user experience with Google Workspace and Adobe tools
- Basic knowledge of Premiere, Simple Show, and Gemini
- Experience in EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) is an advantage
- Fluent English skills (min. C1) and proficient German skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
