For a high-level project at the Lampoldshausen site near Heilbronn, we are currently seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Integration & Test Manager who keeps an eye on the big picture, drives processes with efficiency, and leads their team with technical expertise and clarity. Tasks

  • Management and coordination of all activities in manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing for assigned projects
  • Development and implementation of efficient production and testing strategies
  • Budget planning and ongoing cost control within the area of responsibility
  • Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process optimization
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (SQE) throughout the production cycle
  • Risk management and rapid resolution of technical deviations
  • Close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance departments
  • Regular reporting to senior management on project status and performance

Qualifications

  • Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in a production environment as well as proven leadership experience
  • Good knowledge of project management, process management and change management
  • Solid expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or comparable methods for process optimization
  • Experience with planning tools such as Planisware and Primavera is desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
