At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will shape the processes for the E-3A AWACS programme as a Manufacturing Engineering Work Planner. You are the interface between planning and production, using your expertise to ensure efficient maintenance and overhaul workflows.

Responsibilities
- Shop floor support in solving problems within maintenance and overhaul processes
- Work planning and creation of neutral work plans for MRO activities
- Process optimisation by supporting multifunctional teams in problem-solving and improvement processes
- Communication and direct coordination with the production team through regular feedback loops
- First installations preparation and supervision with the required feedback loops
- Documentation and updating of technical instructions according to contractual requirements
- Expertise provision for the continuous improvement of the maintenance and overhaul area
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in work planning and knowledge in the field of mechanical aircraft components and structure
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Very good German skills and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Teamwork skills, resilience and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
