Tasks
- Coordination of subprojects in manufacturing engineering
- Evaluation of existing and future industrial systems in terms of performance, capacity, and rate capability
- Development and tracking of measures for process and system improvement
- Application of industrial system engineering methods to solve operational challenges
- Use of simulation tools and digital models to support industrial processes
- Collaboration with the industrial architect to ensure rate capability
- Design and optimization of workflows along the production chain
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or aerospace engineering
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing, work preparation, production planning, process improvement, and project management
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally Google Workspace
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
