Tasks

  • Coordinating material availability for maintenance in the cabin materials area from an economic perspective
  • Determining requirements, prioritizing, and obtaining quotes
  • Ordering and monitoring delivery processes through to goods receipt, including escalation management
  • Communicating with international suppliers and internal interfaces (e.g., maintenance, engineering, logistics)
  • Scheduling and transferring materials between Frankfurt and Munich
  • Supporting repair management in the handling of repair materials
  • Participating in the further development of forecasting models and storage strategies
  • Processing team-internal tasks in day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree, e.g., in economics
  • Many years of professional experience in purchasing and/or materials management
  • Very good knowledge of materials planning, operational procurement, and supplier communication
  • Very good German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
