At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on the role of ME Work Planner Shop Floor Support, providing technical support and optimizing manufacturing processes for the H160 helicopter. You resolve bottlenecks, coordinate work orders, and provide the necessary manufacturing documentation – directly at the interface between production, engineering, and quality.

Responsibilities
- Shopfloor Support: Technical support for manufacturing, identification and reporting of non-conformities, and initiation of corrective actions
- Interface Management: Coordination between production, engineering, quality, and logistics to resolve bottlenecks in the manufacturing flow
- Work Order Management: Prioritization of work orders, marking of blocked orders, and coordination of rework
- Manufacturing Documentation: Creation and provision of necessary work documents to cushion unexpected workloads
- Master Data Maintenance: Creation and adjustment of master data in SAP (parts lists, manufacturing plans) according to area standards
- Operational Excellence: Identification of manufacturing problems, escalation of unresolved issues, and analysis of process efficiency
- Quality & EHS: Ensuring quality standards at the workplace and enforcing environmental, health, and safety standards
- Industrial Assets: Support for repair requests for operating resources as well as specification and update of fixtures and tools
Qualifications
- Completed technical training at least as a technician or specialist manager or a Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, production planning/control, and manufacturing engineering
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing and assembly technology as well as work preparation; experience in shopfloor support is a plus
- Confident use of MS Office, SAP, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Catia V5
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel for coordination with external final assembly lines / flight lines
- Problem-solving skills, teamwork, resilience, and communication skills in an international environment
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
