Responsibilities
- CNC Operation: Operate NC turning machines to manufacture helicopter components
- Manufacturing Planning: Precisely manufacture parts according to manufacturing plans and drawings
- Tool Selection: Independently and efficiently select tools
- Quality Inspection: Measure and document manufactured parts
- Setup Processes: Perform setup procedures for new production batches
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve manufacturing workflows
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Turner, Miller, Industrial Mechanic, or Machining Technician
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and mechanics
- Several years of experience in the machining/metal sector and in the aerospace industry
- Experience operating NC turning machines and thread rolling
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts (2nd and 3rd shift)
- Self-motivation, teamwork skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
