Tasks
- Assembly of auxiliary turbines and integration into the structure
- Carrying out mechanical assemblies, installations, modifications, and structural repairs
- Performing functional tests to ensure quality
- Assembling hydraulic components according to specifications
- Assigning orders according to schedule and processing them reliably
- Clean cooperation within the team and coordination at interfaces in everyday shop floor operations
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic – plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technology, precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, aircraft mechanic specializing in production engineering, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, machine fitter, fitter (construction, machine fitter), or in a comparable skilled trade
- Several years of professional experience in industrial mechanics, mechanics, or mechatronics
- Initial professional experience in mechanics in aviation
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); basic English
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
