Tasks

  • Preparation and delivery of training sessions in the field of aircraft electronics and mechanics in accordance with IHK (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) standards
  • Development of training materials, practice models and visual aids
  • Instruction of theoretical content with pedagogical standards – including documentation and training records
  • Moderation of trainee groups as well as targeted guidance and support of apprentices
  • Use of modern planning tools and didactic methods in technical instruction
  • Compliance with legal requirements in vocational training law, occupational health and safety regulations
  • Reflection and management of group dynamics and learning processes

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as aircraft electronics technician, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, or electronics / electrical technician – with additional qualification as certified technician or master craftsman
  • Long-standing professional experience in mechanics, fine mechanics, industrial mechanics as well as in manufacturing / production, IT, and technical documentation
  • In-depth knowledge in knowledge transfer and experience in teaching and presentation activities; expertise in military aircraft technology
  • Valid instructor certification (AdA) according to AEVO (German Trainer Aptitude Regulation)
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP; experience with digital tools in vocational training
  • German language skills at native level (at least C2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
