Responsibilities
- Planning, procurement, commissioning, and modification of equipment and shop floor tools such as standard tools, tool sets, and operational equipment
- Analysis of existing equipment systems and identification of improvements for stable, standardized processes
- Supporting and advising internal customers on the selection, use, and optimization of equipment
- Coordinating requirements, clarifying technical details, and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring an efficient, process-oriented approach in accordance with defined standards (including commercial framework conditions)
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g., in metalworking or sheet metal fabrication
- Additional qualification as a technician in mechanical engineering or comparable (e.g., master craftsman)
- Initial professional experience in the planning of operational resources or comparable technical work environments
- Good understanding of standardized processes as well as commercial contexts
- Good general computer skills
- Good German language skills (min. B2); advanced English language skills (min. B1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
