Responsibilities


  • CNC control of milling machines with Siemens Sinumerik, including start-up, monitoring, and process optimization
  • Quality control through process-oriented testing and adjustment work, as well as monitoring of relevant parameters
  • Troubleshooting and initiation of repair measures on machines and fixtures according to TPM guidelines
  • Machine setup and preparation of clamping tools for production
  • Tool management including assembly, calibration, and positioning of components on the system
  • Material flow through loading and unloading of components, as well as maintenance of the IT system
  • Process documentation of all work steps and information exchange with upstream and downstream areas


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a turner, milling machine operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, machining mechanic, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production
  • Experience in quality management and with Siemens Sinumerik controls
  • Initial application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Quality awareness, teamwork skills, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
