Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor NC-controlled manufacturing systems
- Tool Preparation: Set up and adjust tools and fixtures for machining operations
- Manufacturing Processes: Execute machining operations according to predefined process flows
- Quality Inspection: Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and specification compliance
- NC Programming: Contribute to the testing and optimization of NC programs
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and independently resolve malfunctions on the equipment
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and upkeep tasks (TPM)
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, turner, milling machine operator, aircraft mechanic, toolmaker, or in a comparable metalworking trade
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Initial experience in handling NC-controlled manufacturing systems
- Basic IT skills, ideally with Google Workspace
- Good German language skills (at least proficient); basic skills in English
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- Quality awareness, teamwork, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
