Tasks
- Coordinating material availability for maintenance in the cabin materials area from an economic perspective
- Determining requirements, prioritizing, and obtaining quotes
- Ordering and monitoring delivery processes through to goods receipt, including escalation management
- Communicating with international suppliers and internal interfaces (e.g., maintenance, engineering, logistics)
- Scheduling and transferring materials between Frankfurt and Munich
- Supporting repair management in the handling of repair materials
- Participating in the further development of forecasting models and storage strategies
- Processing team-internal tasks in day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree, e.g., in economics
- Many years of professional experience in purchasing and/or materials management
- Very good knowledge of materials planning, operational procurement, and supplier communication
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
