Responsibilities
- Logistics Process Control: Planning, controlling, and monitoring of goods receipt, storage, internal transport, and goods issue
- Process Optimization: Analysis of current situations and continuous further development of existing logistics concepts to increase efficiency
- Inventory Management: Responsibility for inventory planning and ensuring optimal stock levels
- Disruption Management: Processing deviations in the logistics flow and initiating corrective measures, also within the SAP system
- Key Figure Analysis: Evaluation of logistics key figures and creation of meaningful reports on process performance
- System Implementation: Participation in the introduction of new logistics systems and technologies
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and relevant regulations in the logistics area
- Interface Coordination: Coordination with internal departments such as production, procurement, and quality assurance as well as external service providers
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or supply chain/logistics (at least Bachelor's) or comparable qualification as a technician/specialist
- Several years of professional experience in logistics or a production-related environment
- Knowledge of detailed functions in SAP/R3
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- High degree of initiative, teamwork, assertiveness, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
