You are the central interface between customers, production, and logistics, using your process knowledge to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities


  • Order Management: Seamless order acceptance, processing, and tracking from order placement to delivery
  • System Maintenance: Updating order and customer data in SAP and other systems
  • Process Monitoring: Controlling the entire order process and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations
  • Internal Coordination: Coordination with production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Customer Communication: Proactive information on order status, delivery dates, and changes
  • Customer Service: Handling inquiries, complaints, and escalations in close coordination with internal specialist departments
  • Process Optimization: Analysis and identification of improvement potential in order processing


Qualifications

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's level)
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing, customer service, production planning and control, or supply chain / logistics
  • Experience in the aerospace or automotive sector is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS Office and initial application knowledge of SAP/R3
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and teamwork
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
