For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH at the Ulm site, we are looking for an Order Processing Clerk. You coordinate calibration and maintenance orders – from scheduling to documentation – and act as a liaison between internal users and external suppliers. Your work ensures an efficient service in a highly specialized, technical environment.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 53,987 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2026. Responsibilities
- Scheduling of internal orders for calibration and maintenance
- Planning and optimizing order allocation across various workstations
- Order processing for external calibrations, including coordination and accountability
- Interface for external suppliers and internal users of the calibration service
- Documentation in SAP, ensuring comprehensive record management for order processes
- Logistics of sensitive measuring devices for external shipping processes
- Team coordination as a liaison in cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience (over three years) in the administrative sector, ideally in a commercial or logistical environment
- Secure handling of SAP and MS Office (detailed specialist knowledge)
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Experience in the logistics of measuring devices or similar components advantageous
- Very good technical understanding and independent working style
- Teamwork skills, communication strength and high sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
