Responsibilities
- Surface preparation: Providing tools and materials, reviewing construction documents, and cleaning, activating, and masking surfaces
- Coating work: Painting surfaces with paints, adhesives, preservation wax, or sealants
- Synchronous coating: Application of the synchronous coating process for specific surfaces
- Technical marking: Applying technical signage, decorative and auxiliary films, and line guidance
- Workplace flexibility: Performing various tasks at changing workplaces
- Shift work: Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, on weekends, and overtime
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter or process mechanic for coating technology
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and as a painter
- Experience in surface preparation and coating, ideally in the synchronous coating process
- Knowledge of handling the tools and materials required for coating
- Proficient German skills; basic English skills
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system, as well as on weekends and overtime
- Teamwork skills, independent working style, and high concentration ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
