Responsibilities
- Surface preparation: Cleaning, covering, masking, and sanding individual parts for painting
- Paint mixing: Manual and machine preparation of paints
- Painting: Application of paints to structural components
- Coating preparation: Preparation of tools and materials, review of construction documents, and cleaning and activation of surfaces
- Machine operation: Control and monitoring of automatic paint mixing systems
- Post-processing: Removal of covering materials and final inspections
- Quality control: Performing layer thickness measurements and documenting the results
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a painter and varnisher or as a process mechanic for coating technology
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing and production
- Several years of practical experience as a painter
- Proficient German language skills
- Basic English language skills
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system and on weekends
- Teamwork skills, commitment, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
