Responsibilities


  • Surface preparation: Cleaning, covering, masking, and sanding individual parts for painting
  • Paint mixing: Manual and machine preparation of paints
  • Painting: Application of paints to structural components
  • Coating preparation: Preparation of tools and materials, review of construction documents, and cleaning and activation of surfaces
  • Machine operation: Control and monitoring of automatic paint mixing systems
  • Post-processing: Removal of covering materials and final inspections
  • Quality control: Performing layer thickness measurements and documenting the results


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a painter and varnisher or as a process mechanic for coating technology
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing and production
  • Several years of practical experience as a painter
  • Proficient German language skills
  • Basic English language skills
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system and on weekends
  • Teamwork skills, commitment, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
