Responsibilities
- Machine operation of robot-assisted presses for manufacturing thermoplastic components according to production orders
- Production control through program start-up, process monitoring, and process-related adjustment work
- Quality control through workflow monitoring of relevant parameters and parameter surveillance
- Fault management through independent resolution of minor faults and initiation of repair measures
- Pre- and post-processing of manufacturing, including positioning and provision of components using overhead crane or transfer trolley
- Material and tool loading through setup, alignment, and dismantling of the machine
- System maintenance and documentation of IT systems
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, plastics and rubber processing mechanic, toolmaker, machining mechanic, or comparable technical training
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production as well as initial experience in aircraft construction and quality management
- Experience in operating automated manufacturing systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of detailed functions in SAP as well as experience with Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of industrial serial production processes
- Teamwork skills, proactive working style, and solution-oriented thinking
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
