Responsibilities
- Composite Manufacturing: Producing, modifying, and repairing components made of fiber composite materials
- Material Preparation: Preparing raw materials for forming and processing
- Plant Operation: Operating heat treatment plants and other manufacturing facilities
- Assembly and Disassembly: Performing assembly and disassembly tasks on assemblies and structures
- Component Processing: Demanding grinding, straightening, and laminating of individual parts and assemblies
- Documentation Work: Working based on manufacturing orders, assembly instructions, and technical drawings
- Quality Assurance: Checking parts and components for correctness and completeness at the workplace
- Process Optimization: Independently ensuring part and material availability according to given orders
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Plastics and Rubber Processing Technician, Carpenter, Joiner, or Laminator
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, especially in plastics and rubber technology
- Several years of practical experience with fiber composite materials and lamination techniques
- Confident handling of heat treatment plants and other manufacturing tools
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts (2nd and 3rd shift) and occasional business trips
- Strong teamwork skills, independent working style, and high level of commitment
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
