Responsibilities
- Project Control: Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data for the SA production ramp-up
- Program Planning: Creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
- Risk Management: Systematic identification and management of risks and opportunities (Risk & Opportunity Management)
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking of milestones, controlling project performance, and reporting
- Process Implementation: Management and introduction of project management processes and tools
- Phase Reviews: Conducting and supporting project phase reviews
Qualifications
- Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Aeronautics and Astronautics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and project management; Airbus experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Change Management, Process Management, and Risk Management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge of Planisware is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (approx. once per month within Northern Germany)
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and a high degree of responsibility and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
