Tasks
- Management of the Tool Change Control Board to control the portfolio for tools and ground support equipment
- Coordination with the pricing, procurement, and planning departments to monitor price and delivery availability
- Co-management of a cross-functional team to improve global availability outside the warehouse
- Developing pricing and inventory strategies to optimize inventory and customer satisfaction
- Responsibility for the tool and ground support equipment portfolio budget
- Regular reporting of key performance indicators and strategic initiatives in the monthly cross-functional performance report
- Initiating sprints and projects for process optimization
Qualifications
- Completed training (at least technician/business administrator) or degree in engineering or business administration
- Several years of experience in supply chain management and product management (at least 4 years each)
- In-depth knowledge of portfolio management is an advantage
- Confident use of Google Workspace, SAP knowledge desirable
- Very good English skills (at least C1), other languages an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15 days/year)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) and a resume in English are mandatory
