Responsibilities


  • Construction document review according to ATA-929/925 for cable bundle and equipment production (Single Aisle and Long Range)
  • Jigboard creation of 1:1 drawings for the manufacture of ATA929 cable bundles
  • Order management of cable bundles (ATA929) with suppliers for the SA and LR programs
  • Work plan review and ensuring correctness before handover to the dispatching team
  • Material optimization through timing coordination and prioritization of critical materials such as cable bundles
  • Data maintenance in relevant ME tools such as SAP (PDA/PEA/PAC), TAKSY, PSE, and PASS
  • Problem analysis in production and initiation of corresponding corrective measures


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aircraft Construction, Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (at least master craftsman level)
  • Several years of professional experience in Configuration Management, Design Engineering, Electrical Systems, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Knowledge of ATA Chapter 929 (electrical equipment) required; knowledge of ATA Chapter 925 (Cabin Equipment) advantageous
  • Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions), Catia V4/V5, PDMLink (product data management), and Taksy/Gesy/Tesy
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
  • Analytical thinking, independent working style, and pronounced communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
