Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of MTM STV time calculations for manufacturing optimization
- Main point of contact for Production, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and central departments
- Evaluation of product and process modifications from a time management perspective
- Initiation and management of service contracts for MTM calculations with external partners
- Time study analysis using tools such as TICON, SAP, Google Sheets, and Skywise
- Development and implementation of process optimization measures
- Preparation of presentations and reports for internal decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Completed education as a certified technician or certified business administrator, or a degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or general engineering
- Extensive professional experience in production planning and manufacturing engineering
- In-depth knowledge of MTM and STV (Methods-Time Measurement) is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of project and process management
- Solid technical understanding of technical documentation, applicable regulations, and industry standards
- Confident use of tools such as SAP, zamiz, and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
