We are looking for a full-time Process ManagerJigs & Tools for our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at their Donauwörth site as part of a temporary employment arrangement. In this position, you will design high-precision fixtures and tools for the manufacture of composite components in helicopter construction – from concept to handover to operations. Tasks
- Analysis and definition of fixture and tool requirements, including technical evaluation and approval
- Creation, testing, and validation of design data sets for fixtures and tools
- Establishment of manufacturing standards and performance of market analyses for new manufacturing processes
- Technical project management and liaison with internal partners and external suppliers
- Selection of suitable suppliers, support during production, and supervision of acceptance processes
- Definition and coordination of certification and calibration measures
- Handover of fixtures and tools to internal and external users
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable field
- Alternatively: Completed training as an electrician, aircraft electronics technician, or comparable field with successful further training as a technician/master craftsman/business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of design, aviation, engineering, production, project management and supply chain
- Several years of experience in IT systems, technical documentation, customer service and technical administration
- Many years of experience in the design of fixtures and tools for composite manufacturing, as well as experience in the manufacture of composite components
- In-depth knowledge of CATIA V5, SAP, and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
