Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement temporary workarounds to secure the production rate and ensure auditability
- Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to short-term measures, for example in area management or the development of capacity buffers
- KPI Analysis: Understand and analyze existing key performance indicators to proactively correct deviations in material flows
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multi-functional teams (MFT) within the framework of improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external customers as well as suppliers and act as a central point of contact
- Quality Monitoring: Monitor compliance with logistics process and quality standards on the shop floor
Qualifications
- Completed degree in a technical field, business administration, or supply chain / logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management as well as supply chain / logistics
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement process (CIP), project management, and process management
- Solid application knowledge of SAP/R3; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French language skills are an advantage
- High communication and teamwork skills, independent working style, and flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
