An exciting position as Process Manager Payment Solutions & Food Services is now available at our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder. In this role, you will combine process management with service provider management and drive forward innovative payment systems and modern catering concepts throughout Germany. Bring your experience in catering and project management to a dynamic environment – with plenty of creative freedom and responsibility.

Tasks
- Introduction and adaptation of payment solutions at all Airbus locations in Germany
- Analysis, documentation, and optimization of catering processes and their auditing
- Management and development of catering facilities, vending machine stations, and shops—including implementation of marketing measures
- Project management and service provider management based on KPIs and supplier reports
- Budget responsibility and contract management with a focus on costs, quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Preparation of decision templates, make-or-buy analyses, and presentations for management
- Support of change processes and further development of catering within the scope of facility management
- Supplier management and supply chain control in the area of catering
Qualifications
- Completed degree in project management, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in project management, supplier management, process optimization, project leadership, and contract management
- Basic knowledge of change management, solid expertise in process management as well as experience in catering and budget management
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and experience in personnel management are desirable
- Experience with Google Workspace required; knowledge of app programming is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English (both at least C1 level)
- Willingness to travel (1–2 times per month within Germany)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
