Tasks
- Provision of performance dashboards and spend reports to enable departments and management to make informed decisions
- Maintenance, creation, and updating of procurement processes to secure external certification privileges
- Ensuring process rollout, awareness, and guidance for compliance with legal, internal, and external requirements
- Increasing operational procurement performance by improving process compliance and maturity
- Developing understandable insights and visualizations from internal/external data and business issues
- Extracting and integrating structured and unstructured data from different data sources based on IT data modeling (business focus)
- Development, testing, and implementation of suitable analytical models as well as setup/implementation of the analytics pipeline
- Role as an interface between internal customer functions, data ecosystem, and solution, including presentation of results to management and project management for change requests/new developments
Qualifications
- Completed degree in computer science or degree with a focus on data analytics/data science/information technology
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems
- Strong project management skills; project management certification is an advantage
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Business fluent in English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., to Spain, France, or the United Kingdom)
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
