Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Development and implementation of the road-to-market strategy for new services and products in the field of ground support equipment and tools
- Commercial Offers: Preparation of offers in close coordination with sales for the initial provisioning of new aircraft programs
- Process Optimization: Identification and implementation of efficiency improvements and automation potential in operational processes
- Sales Management: Responsibility for the sale, lease, and repair of tools as well as increasing order intake
- Customer Support: Point of contact for customer-facing teams, analysis of customer feedback, and prioritization of improvement measures
- Escalation Management: Second-level escalation point for customer requests, pain points, and profit & loss decisions
- Portfolio Presentation: Presentation and consultation of the GSE and tool portfolio at international MROs, roadshows, and customer visits
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in product management, project leadership, and supplier management
- Many years of experience in supply chain and several years of experience in marketing
- Proficient use of SAP (detailed specialist knowledge) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills advantageous
- Willingness to travel worldwide (at least once per quarter) and flexible working hours to cover different time zones
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and independent working style
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
