Tasks

  • Responsibility for the Manufactural Serial Number (MSN) within the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
  • Coordination of outstanding work and ensuring efficient processes
  • Management and control of multifunctional teams (MFT)
  • Conducting the Final Operational Test (FOT) meeting for handover to the flight line
  • Interface to management and escalation authority in the event of deviations from the plan
  • Close cooperation with adjacent departments to optimize processes

Qualifications

  • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic with master craftsman qualification
  • OR completed technical degree (e.g., aerospace engineering, engineering, or manufacturing engineering)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and aircraft construction
  • In-depth experience in aerospace
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP applications and experience with Google Workspace are an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
