You coordinate production processes, steer supply chain activities, and ensure the timely and quality-compliant delivery of parts – with a clear focus on customer requirements.

Responsibilities


  • Production coordination for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) and necessary part removals and purchase orders
  • AOG support (Aircraft-On-Ground) to ensure aircraft availability
  • Supply chain steering of subcontracting activities and serving as the main contact for the ordering team
  • Order management with follow-up of sales orders, sourcing from production/stock, and recording all status information in SAP
  • Delivery guarantee for timely and quality-compliant delivery and shipment of parts, adhering to packaging requirements
  • Process improvement by initiating and supporting continuous improvement programs within your area of responsibility
  • Project leadership for internal sub-projects according to your grading
  • Reporting with preparation and delivery of reports to project leadership and the project organization


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service and supply chain/logistics
  • Initial experience in quality management; knowledge of aircraft maintenance advantageous
  • Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of change management and project management; EASA 21 and 145 knowledge advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel (2-3 times per year within Europe)
  • Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and independent way of working
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
