Tasks
- Management of (sub)projects for the digitalization and automation of the KPI landscape
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards and monitoring systems, including automatic alerts
- Collaboration on the EDD data strategy and promotion of a company-wide data culture
- Analysis and visualization of production data, including root cause analysis and scenario modeling
- Interface management with central IT, methods & tools, and external partners
- Specification development, testing, and industrialization of data-based applications
- Organization and implementation of upskilling sessions to promote data literacy within the team
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, economics, data science, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in project management, IT/information systems, and production planning
- Additional experience in quality management, work preparation, supply chain, or production control
- Experience with lean methods, value stream analysis, and agile project management
- Knowledge of change management and communication with stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of Python, Pyspark, SQL, Business Warehouse, Palantir Foundry, and Spotfire
- Business fluent German and English (at least C1 in each), French desirable
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
