Tasks
- Coordinate technical data deliveries for new and in-service helicopters, including printing, packaging, and shipping
- Ensure delivery compliance with customer files and purchase contracts for booked helicopters
- Support new helicopter handovers by preparing technical publications and explaining data and services to customers
- Monitor production processes and participate in Quality Gates for data delivery
- Track quality compliance and scheduling, including subcontracting and internal coordination
- Identify required technical publications and ensure delivery completeness
- Act as an internal interface between production, logistics, and customer service teams
Qualifications
- Completed technical education, ideally with further qualification as technician or business administrator
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, supplier management, logistics, production planning, and technical documentation
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Fluent English (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B2); French is a plus
- Strong customer orientation, organizational skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- CV in English required
