Tasks

  • Coordinate technical data deliveries for new and in-service helicopters, including printing, packaging, and shipping
  • Ensure delivery compliance with customer files and purchase contracts for booked helicopters
  • Support new helicopter handovers by preparing technical publications and explaining data and services to customers
  • Monitor production processes and participate in Quality Gates for data delivery
  • Track quality compliance and scheduling, including subcontracting and internal coordination
  • Identify required technical publications and ensure delivery completeness
  • Act as an internal interface between production, logistics, and customer service teams

Qualifications

  • Completed technical education, ideally with further qualification as technician or business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service, supplier management, logistics, production planning, and technical documentation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent English (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B2); French is a plus
  • Strong customer orientation, organizational skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
