Tasks
- Coating of surfaces with paint, adhesives, preservation wax or sealants
- Sealing of components according to specifications
- Cleaning and activating surfaces in preparation for coating
- Performing repair work in case of deviations or complaints within the work area
- Performing order and quantity checks
- Packing and unpacking components, rigging workpieces and the workspace
- Preparing tools and materials, compiling and reviewing technical documentation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter, electroplater or surface coater
- Several years of professional experience in the field of painting required
- Experience in the aerospace industry desirable
- Basic knowledge of English (at least A2) and proficient knowledge of German (at least B2)
- Willingness to work at changing workplaces and with different materials
- Independent, thorough and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
