We are currently recruiting a Production Employee / Upholsterer for our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth. Tasks

  • Upholstery and padding of seats and interior components using leather, synthetic leather, and fabric
  • Cutting, sewing, gluing, and fastening of upholstery materials (e.g. using hook-and-loop fasteners)
  • Restoration and renewal of interior paneling
  • Working according to predefined work instructions and performing quality checks on own tasks
  • Co-design and optimization of the workplace with regard to ergonomics and safety

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an upholsterer, carpenter, or in a comparable skilled trade or technical profession
  • Extensive professional experience in manufacturing/production, mechanics, and the trained profession
  • Experience working with technical drawings and related documentation
  • German language skills at negotiation level (at least C1), basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work overtime, on Saturdays, and in shifts if required
  • Structured and reliable working style, strong team and communication skills, and a respectful, cooperative approach toward colleagues and supervisors
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
