Responsibilities


  • Facility Management: Introduction and decommissioning of production equipment as well as processing maintenance projects
  • Technical Specifications: Creation and review of specifications, execution of acceptance and commissioning procedures including warranty tracking
  • Process Optimization: Contribution to the continuous optimization of operations and facility care while adhering to processes
  • Operational Support: Organization of spare parts management and equipment training as well as advising operators
  • Coordination: Execution of expert inspections and coordination of external contractors
  • Order Management: Supplier selection, quotation requests, technical clarification, invoice verification, and processing of special orders
  • Reliability Analysis: Review and optimization of the reliability of existing and future production equipment, robots, and vehicles based on technical-economic criteria


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field (at least a Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing/production, mechatronics, and maintenance
  • Initial application knowledge of SAP/R3 as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of project management and basic knowledge of risk management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Technical understanding of industrial equipment is desirable
  • High communication skills, conflict management skills, persuasiveness, assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and resilience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
